At My Exact Words, our goal is to provide you with quality product and an exceptional customer experience. To achieve this goal, we offer you the opportunity to request a return of any factory damaged or incorrectly shipped product within 5 days after its arrival for a full refund less shipping costs. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition and in its original packaging. In some instances, a partial refund may be issued based on our review of the returned product. Any returns requested after the 5 days, will not be eligible for a return.
